Appointment

Yes, you can cancel or reschedule your appointment within 48 hours' of your scheduled session. This allows me to offer the time slot to other clients.

A deposit helps secure your appointment. It also helps cover the cost of any missed appointments. Deposits are applied to the cost of the session, and the balance is due at the time of the appointment.

I understand that sometimes things come up, but ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your session may be shortened to ensure the next client is not delayed. The full session fee will still apply.

Yes, all sessions (including tarot and natal chart readings) are private and confidential. I ensure that you are in a safe, quiet space where you can relax without interruptions, worries, or any invasion of privacy. This is YOU time!

During a Reiki session, you will lie down while I use gentle-touch or hands-off techniques to address areas that may be energetically blocked or to perform an overall cleanse. Many people feel deeply relaxed through the process, and some may even experience sensations such as warmth or emotional release. Others lull into a peaceful sleep. 

No, Reiki can be effective whether or not you believe in it. The healing energy works on a level beyond the conscious mind and ego, and many people experience benefits regardless of their beliefs or existing resistance. If you don’t believe in Reiki but still want to give it a try, think of it as a spa treatment or a block of time set aside for some quiet relaxation. You’ll still feel at ease without having to worry about the semantics!

Reiki is often used to relieve stress, reduce pain, promote relaxation, support emotional well-being, and enhance overall energy levels. It may also be helpful for managing conditions such as anxiety/depression, but does not and should not replace any existing/future medical treatment. 

The number of sessions varies depending on your personal needs and goals. Some people experience noticeable improvements after one session, while others may choose a series of sessions to address ongoing issues. We can discuss an appropriate plan during your phone consultation and find the right fit for you!

You should wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing to a Reiki session (think cozy!). Shoes that are easy to take on/off are recommended and a pair of clean socks if your feet tend to get cold. 

After a Reiki session, it’s recommended to drink plenty of water and rest if needed. Some people may feel a bit tired or experience emotional release, so it’s important to listen to your body and take it easy for a while.
